Welcome to my blog !

Hey guys !

Created this space years and years ago thus do forgive
me if it comes off as extremely cheesy. And the incredibly
tacky name. Haha, I get chills everytime I lay eyes on it.
Too lazy to change things though !

I love to write, so have kept myself updating over the years.
I hope you guys enjoy reading me ! ♥

    One more week.

Hehee. Just returned from Malaysia last night and am updatting about my trip now ! Spend the night uploading photos into my com, (i took a crazy amount of photos!) but am only putting about a fifth of them here. Blogger load photos very slow one...

Someore... these few days my block is have some kind of construction and the drilling is driving me insane lo. Qi si wo le. It's so bad that I have to pluck earphones into my ears.

Okay. I'll start on my trip now ! Don't just scan through leh... must read. We put alot of effort into writing these posts one you know...

Hahaa. Started off with my cousin's wedding. It was held at Batu Bahad (i have no idea how that place is spelt). About over an hour's drive from JB.

The wedding made me realize how little I actually know about my cousins. My cousin, also the groom, is called Ah Nerd. At least that's what we call him la... my relatives and family. I always wondered why my cousin had such a funny name.

Only when I entered the Banquet did I see the name Kenneth fancily printed on the backdrop along with the bride's name and a very big pink heart.

I was like " huh? who is this Kenneth guy?".

Lol. Then I put one and one together... Ah Nerd... Kenneth... orh. Then I saw the resemblance.
Haha. Yuan lai my relatives so creative.

I think that's how alot of chinese families are. With names and all. Cute leh.

Spent the night at one of the hotels in Batu Bahad. The hotel was called The Katherina. Like so high class... but it wasn't really la. Haha... they only provided us with two towels and refused to give us extra. Said only can exhange. Pui. So lousy.

This is the breakfast I had the following morning. At least got breakfast la...

Me being lame during the drive to Kl. Nice photo right? Also, I noticed that my dad was driving at a speed of 140km/hr. I was like wondering if Singapore roads were ever allowed such speed. I think not leh... they maximum should be 80km/hr right? I'm not exactly sure but it should be.

Then... why should there be even 180km/hr on the vehicle's speedometer when the car isn't even allowed to drive at that speed? Ke lian de Singapore drivers...

Finally ! This is the hotel we stayed at in Kl. My brother and I kept singing Boulevard of Broken Dreams during our stay there... haha. I know. We are so siao. The hotel room had pluck in broadband so I went online a couple of times during my stay. Recieved hearty greetings from Zi Qi and Si Ying. Yay !

I just love Love LOVE toilets to have two sinks ! My toilet at my future home shall have two sinks too. That way, my husband and I can spit toothpaste filled water at each other while brushing our teeth. So stylo right?

Let me digress a little. About my future home.

I know that I shall be the one designing my matrimonial home. It's only natural ! Ahahaha...

The two sinks is a must. Like this... then there won't be any arguments about who's the culprit who always leaves toothpaste marks on the sink. And we'll both have seperate toothpaste...

Hehee. Like that, if my husband is especially neat, he won't scold me for not closing the toothpaste cap after brushing my teeth ! (because sometimes i don't especially if it's darlie)

Most importantly, I can study how he brushes his teeth every morning and night. AHAHAA.

Now I know all of you are considering two sinks for your home too... hai. I have such an effect on people. hehe.

Oh oh ! And two bathtubs would be super super stylo too especially if it's placed outside the toilet but then... for bathtubs... one also can la. Lol.

But then... to have to toilet bowls... would be... awkward. So no way.

Yay ! I know... Si Ying, you must think that I'm thinking about getting married again... but I'm not ! I'm thinking of my matrimonial home so... it's not exactly the same. But you have to be married to have one so... hmp. Ya.

    Let's go on...

On my way to breakfast. You can't tell but I'm extremely tired with sleep still in my eyes.

Breakfast was ending in 15 mins and I was too lazy to shower and have breakfast but my dad dragged me out of bed, tied my hair for me, made me put the robe on and hurried my brother and me out of the door.

I told him that he tied my hair very ugly-ly but he said," like that then nice la !", and proceeded to hurry me out of the door again. Gr. Lol.

This is where I had my breakfast the past few mornings. Quite nice la the lounge. It provided high tea too and beverages at any time of the day. The hotel isn't five stars so, it was okay to stay in the executive floor. Not much more expensive. Plus you get all these foc stuff and very nice treatment from the hotel's crew. Yahooo~

My all american breakfast. I think my brother and I had about three servings of this every morning. Lol.

Had dinner at this place during my first night. The place is called The Manhattan Fish Market... I think they have one in Jb's Jusco complex too. Quite nice la. Abit like fish and co.

Yay !!! My favourite favourite drink. Slurp. I feel thirsty just by looking at it.

Dinner on the second night. This restaurant looked very high class but the food turned out to be really cheap la. Good deal.

Dinner on the second night. I was buffet and I had never seen anything like it. There were food of all kinds, from sashimi to western cuisine to tepanyaki. The place was really huge where once you entered... you're free to take whatever you want. And if you had certain preferred dishes like baked crab or something, you just had to drop a little clip with you table number into a bowl that's placed in front of the dish and they'll prepare it for you.

I forgot what this is called. Oyster? It was really huge. Hehee. I put it here cause it looks disgusting. It was.

All the coconut and mochi ice cream you can eat !

Actually, it turned out that the food wasn't very good. Not worth the money at all.... We've been had. Paid alot but could only manage to eat a little. Boo. I advise people not to go there. I think it was at the Starhill or something like that. I ate their xiao long bao and I'm quite sure that those frozen ones sold outside tastes better.

Extortion lo. I think their concept is to take your money first. You pay and when you realize the food's not good, you never return again. But heck, they already made a bomb out of you and so it doesn't really matter if you don't return. Their concept is basically no concept la. Lol.

Bu shuang la ! Especially when you expect a great dinner by looking and it turns out bad when you eat it. Then all you can think about throughout the dinner is how it's a waste of money. Pui !

Hmp, but other than the dinner, the experience was classic la. I'll give that to them. The design of the place was superb. My dad said that the building was something like Singapore's Paragon.

    It was nothing close leh...

I don't think I've ever seen anything prettier than this. This was their basement floor where cafes and restaurants were placed here and there. It felt like I was walking through an alley in Shanghai. Lol. Super posh. And super beautiful.

    Can you guess what's this?

Lol. Ya ! Their toilet ! At the very moment when I opened the door, this minty smell hit my nostrils. It was like breathing in Menthos and minty chocolate ice cream ! Waaaa. Tian ar.

And that wheel and axle thingy, was very wow la. Lol. I went up to the sink and this girl started to pull at something and the wheel started to turn, and water came out. Hahahaa. What more can I say? It was all very lavish living.

Then my dad asked me how was it when I came out of the toilet. My brother was already gushing about the stuff that he found in the male toilet. Haha ! My brother said something about buttons around the toilet bowl and him testing those buttons. About how the buttons made water squirt out of the toilet bowl. Those that the Japs invented ar, you know, to wash your behind- just by a press of the button?

My dad was like," you sit down how you see the buttons? you sure is put your face there than the water spray until your face right?".

Lol ! I was laughing and laughing away trying to picture the scenario.

My dad insisted that I take a photo with Sammi. She has such a beautiful nose...

Arrived back in Jb and accompanied my dad to his workplace. Bought many many dvds. Including Heroes. It's very nice ! But Prison Break is still number one. Hehee.

Finally I'm reaching the end of my post. Started writing at 3 and it's already going to be 7 now.

Hai ! Didn't go to any theme parks or anything, but, no need la. Eating and shopping is more than enough. It's really nice to get away for awhile sometimes.

I miss my father already !

Here's a very Happy Father's Day to him and all fathers around the globe.

Another week of holidays left and it's back to school. =( It's really saddening. Okay la. Let's not keep thinking of it. I shall look at the glass as half full ! There's still another week of holidays ! Yahoo !

    Goodnight !
