tacky name. Haha, I get chills everytime I lay eyes on it.
Too lazy to change things though !
I love to write, so have kept myself updating over the years.

Definitely one of my most satisfying angbaos so far, a random friend of Dad's dropped by to hang out for a few minutes and passed me a red one.
Didn't give it much thought, opened it later and whoala ! A piece of hunded in it !
First thought was worried the poor uncle had passed me a wrong packet but my Dad say no, it's probably right.
Haha! Angbaos seem to matter lesser and lesser over the years but just feels so happy everytime I look at this particular one. Eeeeehehehehe. 新年快乐 !!

Not that I'm Cantonese or anything but, yeah haha.
It's the eve of CNY, no idea why it feels so slack, maybe it's because it's so early this year and most of us haven't exactly gotten it in our heads that reunion dinner will be tonight??? Thanks CNY.
Anyhow, I made it back to Dad's pretty early this year, and over here there's really pretty much nothing for me to do but lie back, eat, watch tv, use the com, eat, sleep.
Haha ! Actually it kinda sounds like what I'll do back at home but minus the WORKLOAD can.
Hoho.
Oh ! On a sidenote, I just got myself a new book and boy, am I glad I did.
Everytime I step into a book store with every intention to get a new novel, I'll take super long at the aisles deliberating over which one I should get. And I scrutinize all the reviews on the cover super carefully. By the way, I'm a sucker for real short reviews like "Extraordinary", or "who who who is the best writer of our time".
And you know how so many romantic novels has reviews like,"If you loved Time Traveller's wife, you'll love this more", or "Every bit as good as Time Traveller's wife", I just want to roll my eyes. No way !
Time Traveller's wife was the ultimate best bestest bestest love story I've ever come across ! But still, I did bite and buy those books.
So anyway, after all that careful deliberation, I more often than not end up leaving the store empty handed. Cause I'm so afraid of getting disappointed by a bad book, and of course, I'm feeling too stingy to blow $17 on a paperback. So lame right, enter a bookstore, choose choose choose then after put everything down cause I'm feeling too stingy. Haha ! Plus I tell myself I'll get to save my failing eyesight.
Either ways, I got The Help and it's turning out to be super good ! Cannot resist after Blair referenced it on Gossip Girl, plus I've picked it up so many times before putting it down again.
Not that Gossip Girl has any credibility at all but anything Dan and Blair mentions, I'd feel like reading.
After that looong and boring drone on my book picking process, pictures !
Haven't blogged in such a long time, but I'm free now so here goes !
Christmas feels so long ago, but I had a pretty nice time so still gotta post it up.
Headed to Jon's party after a flea- it was really tiring but fun to meet some of you girls !
The rain was coming down on us all night, but the bbq continued and that explains everyone's wet bums.
Also, it was the best bbq food I've ever had hands down ! Which explains the lack of pictures of the food, it was too good.
