Welcome to my blog !

Hey guys !

Created this space years and years ago thus do forgive

tacky name. Haha, I get chills everytime I lay eyes on it.
Too lazy to change things though !

I love to write, so have kept myself updating over the years.

    SPGG's First Annual Golf Challenge.

    SPGG's First Annual Golf Challenge.

It's friday again and I am REALLY REALLY tired.

Havn't blogged in a few days and thought it would be best if I did a quick update on the latest while it's still fresh on my mind.

(i'm so tired that the dramatic and humoristic part in me refuses to surface)
(alright, i think it's ok to give it a break once in awhile)
('dramatic and humoristic part' screams "we'll be back soon !")
(eh i guess i've still got it. lol)

    fyi:

In case you didn't know, SPGG is Singapore Poly's Guildhouse. Think supermini countryclub.

Our group is actually helping out with a golf event that they decided to hold.

It costs $120-$140 to take part in this event.

We had to try to get the people to participate in the tournament and sponsors too.

The process took us about two months and we learnt alot.

    btw:
(notice i don't usually type in short unless i'm really tired. =( )

I am pleased to announce that I finally got my phone topped up a few days ago ! Yay !

Haha. I'm not exactly 'unreachable' anymore.

It was high time cause I even had classmates who commented that my phone should be thrown away. Lol. I know, I know. It should. I havn't replied messages or returned calls for the longest time until I got it topped up. Haha. I will now !

Oh ya ! And. I would really like to thank Jenn over here for being SO nice for everytime I ask to borrow her phone in school.

Thanks leh. Been using your phone for the longest time. Lol.

I do hope that one day you forget to bring your phone to school and I can repay you for your kindness ! Yay ! Lol !

Haha. Ya. You can say, " hi ! " to Jenn. Here's me and her taking photos at the very start of the event day.

This might sound unbelievable but this is the first time that I've ever taken a photo reflection thingy in the toilet.

Jenn told me that we just have to look into the camera that's being reflected in the mirror.

    I never knew that !

Haha... I think it turned out pretty good no?

    Back to the event.

The weather was great without the rain and all. Pretty good for golfing. Aloysius, the overall incharge for the event ordered Canadian Pizzas for the 11 of us.

Alot of pizzas hor... haha ! I thought the pizza was great ! Very american tasting. It might have been even better than Pizza Hut but most of my classmates thought otherwise.

Oh well... might have been because I was super hungry that afternoon. Didn't have breakfast la. Rushed out of the house at the very last minute.

Ya. You got it right. I like to sleep. =)

This was my favourite. Atlantis !!! Complete with shrimps (or small prawns), erm... and lots of cheese. I forgot about the other ingredients. There might have been calamari (sotong), but I can't be too sure. Hm ! So tantalizing ! And super cheesy. And prawny.

Mind you, I don't even like seafood. This was great. I ate it while it was hot.

And this is me taking a great shot from the buggy ! You know, the mini white car which looks like a slightly more advanced ride than in Flintstone's? Yup ! That's the one !

Havn't been to a golf course or ridden in a buggy in the longest time. Felt really good to feel the wind in my hair.

Aloysius was nice enough to ride all of us at least once around the course. Nice greens hor?

Did I mention the event was held in Marina Bay Golf Course?

Final photo ! Yun Ting took one of me while I was resting my eyes... and neck, and head, and arm for awhile.
(only for a short 3 minutes. hahahaha)
(we were all so tired !)
(it really isn't easy to stay hyper throughout an event)

All in all it was good. Nobody got hurt, things went pretty smoothly, ya.

Hm. To sum it all off, we returned to SPGG at the end of the day for the dinner and prize presentation. Mai siao siao leh ( don't crazy crazy) ! The prizes involved a tv, foot spa, and lots of golf equipments okay !

Sometimes, I really like how Poly is so hands-on. You learn to appreciate it once you've experienced it.

Oh ya. Instead of breaking even for the event, we even made profit. Hahaa.

Would have liked to go into details on what took place in the golf challenge.

But I'm already like typing without thinking la... lol. So tired. Yawn.

I think I'll write more on Sunday. I guessing the post's going to be really sweet.

    Have a great night !

ps: my tagboard is really playing me out. pui it la.

    You know you want it.

    9:42 PM

    You know you want it.

On this very sad and fateful day...

it takes me much courage and sorrow to announce that what we have come to love will be leaving us.

I will surely miss it it in the near future, and will come to think of it very often.

I could cry, but that would be a little too much.

I believe many of you feel the weight of this impending truth pulling down on your shoulders, but we all knew, this day would come. (just that it was a little sooner than expected)

So come, let us not grief too much.

I think it would be only appropriate to observe five minutes of silence as we sent it away... but heck, I never understood that silence thingy. So let's drop that.

Well then, for a final goodbye...

so long lovely two weeks holidays !!! So long ! When you're gone, I'll be missing you ! We'll be missing you !

    Farewell forever...
(eh, lol. not forever la. for the next one year at least)

    Hehee. Got you ba ?!

But still, our holidays are really over.

(let's all roll around on the ground and make dying noises)

Tomorrow is going to come too soon. Double boo and triple pui.

One thing's for sure and that's that I am NOT looking forward to school.

Imagine waking up early to the nasty (ringringring!) sound or the (beepbeepbeep!) or whatever funny alarm tones is it you guys have these days...

Truly, my hair stands whenever I come to hear of that too familiar tone.

And and ! Imagine feeling your warmth still on the bed in the early mornings !

Okay la. It's bad enough as it is. I don't have to write an entire article to make all of us feel worse.

So... hahahahahaaaa ! Let's enjoy what we have left...
(even if it's for less than 24hours)

Yay ! And I am very pleased to announce, that our blog is finally out !

Yahoooo ooo. You can picture Hiro Nakamura's enthusiasm here. And that includes two raised arms and clenched fists too.

    Now let's do that again.

Now picture me with two raised arms high above my head with clenched fists shouting,
    " Yeahooo ! I did it o ! ".

Hahaha. Complete with that cute japanese accent and lopsided grin.

    www.forever348.blogspot.com

    That's what I'm talking about ! Lol !
I spent all of yesterday coming up with it. To all those people out there who don't blog themselves, well, it's really not easy to come up with your own skin okay.

Especially for a first timer like me. I know the skin looks a little amateur and and untidy and all...

but but ! Hai. It's about the best I can do !

I spent hours staring at the html codes and trying to figure out how to put the pictures inside.
(actually, i spent the first hour stressing that my photo in the picture looked ugly)

And finally, after hours and missing dinner, I did it ! I actually came up with an exclusive skin !

Ok. I'm now going to throw all that initial uncertainty away and return to my bhb self, (that everyone happens to love, hoohoo)

    " Our skin is beautiful !!! ".

Seriously, to this day, my own brilliance still stupefies me.

I cannot believe I came up with something as beautiful as that ! (okay, maybe i can, but that sentence was to add to the effect)

And over here you go on to ask, " what's 348? ".

    Let me explain.

348's a group of six most beautiful ladies you can find, on their way to be making it very big, and they happen to be the best of friends !

(heck, it's MY blog and i can write anything i like)

HAHA. Really what. We're beautiful and I can already find you five other individuals who will vouch for that truth.

Okay la, let me be slightly less crazy.

By the way, I looked up crazy's definition and look what I found.

    cra·zy /ˈkreɪzi/ Pronunciation Key - [krey-zee] –adjective
    Mentally deranged
    ; demented
    ; insane.

Well ! How rude. I may be slightly crazy but I am certainly not mentally deranged or demented, or insane.

It's hilarious I tell you. It's heart warming to read the dictionary sometimes. You should try.

Fate may have brought us together as friends but always remember leh. It was ourselves who insists that we stay as the best of friends.

It doesn't matter if anyone's attached or if we're in different schools and all that, I realized that it's got us being closer than ever !

Come on ! Cheers to the super faithful us !

*snickers and points at people with fair-weathered friends*

Just kidding la ! Haha. I believe everyone has their own great clique.

Back to the blog. Elaine and I came up with it initially thinking it would be great to have a platform where it can actually voice all our views, and all that. We can even settle arguments over there ! But then again, angels like us never argue.

*348 bats their very very 100% natural and original beautiful long lashes innocently*

Haha ! High five ! It's really great to have such great girl-friends.

Eh. By the way, we should have a rule. Let's never ever post super old ugly photos of each other inside okay? Hehee.

Anyways, we'll all be writing in it, be sure to look in often and tag us.

I think I'm ending this post soon-

*suddenly jerks and turn to look around*

I could have sworn I heard a heartwrenching wail from somewhere...

Oh no ! It wasn't you ba? Lol.

Don't be sad that I'm ending. I'm going to write another day ! I know you're upset to see me go
but don't forget ! I'm going to write somewhere else too along with five great others.

    Hahahahaha. I know. I'm incorrigible.

    And you love it.

Smile and say you're going to miss me ! Ha !

    . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

    Heroes.

    Wednesday, June 20, 2007
    8:48 PM

    Heroes.

Yay ! Spent the whole day busying away, and finally I've found the time to write my latest entry. Haha !

Most of us are having holidays... and I AM a very caring individual so...

    " How's your holidays coming along? ".

Haha... if you're preparing for exams or trying to complete your outrageous amount of homework- my condolences to you.

Looked up the definition of condolences to have it placed here...

    con·do·lence Pronunciation Key - [kuhn-doh-luhns] –noun

More often, condolences. expression of sympathy with a person who is suffering sorrow, misfortune, or grief.

Lol ! But I know you guys will do well for your exams la. No worries one.

Thus, to all my friends out there having their exams soon, do not fret or worry. Because, as you guys should know, very often my claims of brilliance are not exactly claims. They're statements.
And they're very true. (haha!) Thus, brilliant people all have brilliant friends.

Birds of the same feathers flock together remember? Haha !

So to all you brilliant friends out there, there's no doubt that you'll do well !

Alright, and to all you people who's just slacking away and having fun during this holiday- like me...

hooray to us !!! Yay ! Hahaha.

And that's about it for my introduction.

What??? I've not even really started on my post yet... this is just warming up.

I sound so happy, and I am ! I think it's a result of showering early... I should really stop showering only in the midnight... it tends to make people grumpy. And I'm not even going to start on insomnia. Ya... I'll let all of you in on a little secret... I only shower once when I'm home the entire day !

What la... all of you also like that one right? Wear what you wore to sleep last night for the entire day... until you take that one shower in the day only change. Hahaa. How I know ar? We're friends what...

But I do brush my teeth and wash my face. I do that a couple of times. Plus I emit a natural fragrance... so why worry? Lol.

That part was a joke la.

OKAY. I'll start on what I really really want to say now.

I think, in the season of bad summer blockbusters, this' year's take the cake lo. Lol.

I mean, I can't believe so many supposedly should-be-good movies turned out so... bah.
From lousy sequels to plain lousy movies right, I can already name a few. And I think I'll go into them one by one.

    Spiderman 3.
Umm... actually I thought this one was pretty good. But alot of them said it's bad. Hmmm. Ok. I'll leave it here as the outcast. I thought Spiderman 3 was the only good one !

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.
To say the truth, this one was expected la. Draggy with good visual effects like the second part. Still, I had hoped they'd surprise the audience with something good. They didn't. Boo.

    Ocean's 13.
Sob. I really don't wish to admit it but... this was pretty bad. I can say I loved it and all, but, it was just too rehearsed. Hai. The cast was cute though. I still love them and if there was an Ocean's 14, I'd catch it still.

Three big trilogies in practically same month. Will wonders never cease? I missed Shrek 3 leh. Wonder how it was.

Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
I had huge expectations for this one even though I didn't catch the first movie. In my opinion, it was... ee er la. Lol !

It wasn't exactly a bad movie... it was just, no good leh. That's in my opinion.

It lasted for an hour thirty minutes. I'm not saying anything about the time cause short movies can like, be good movies too. But, the plot was so... no plot leh.

What's with the silver surfer appearing and like, turning out to be a good guy serving a bad boss and like, flying into the boss to destroy him? Like...
And they're lines were really tacky...

    Hai.

I'll stop here or I'll have alot of their fans on to me. Lol. But then again, even if I knew they'd turn out like this, I'll still catch them la. Blockbusters ma...

Now... on to my final and most important topic.

    Heroes !

I've been hooked on this serial for the past few days ! It's so good leh...
(scofield! hehee. don't worry, you're still MY hero)

I'm not going to go too much into the show because I don't think channel 5's showing it yet. It'd be mean to tempt you all like that. Haha...

The show is about these people who have very special powers, or whatever is it they call it.

Their powers are basically those quite common ones, those you'd expect to find from marvel comics except it has more depth. I couldn't help but wonder about their powers during the show... and which one I'd like if I could have one. Haha ! You would too ok, if you saw the serial.

If I could have their powers... I would love to have the one where I can read minds and hear thoughts. Very useful...

Oh o ! There's also this power... where you can persuade people to do your bidding. I thought that one is super cool leh. Hahaha...

Aiya. Paused my writing to watch Kym Ng on tv. Lost my inspiration to write...

Ah ! It's commercial now and Edison Chen's on tv. Haha... I think we girls all agree that he's a jerk. But... HOW COME we can never get enough of him? Tian ar. Lol.

It's time for me to stop. Ended so weirdly.

I'll never on my tv again when I'm blogging.

    Bye all!

    . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

    Giving back to the community.

    Sunday, June 17, 2007
    11:25 PM

    Giving back to the community.

I'm updatting again ! Just updatted the long post yesterday already... today still want to update another long post again. I know- I'm a nag ! Aha ! But I just really feel like sharing my fun.

Had CIP today ! Woke up at 6.50am in the morning feeling like my upper eyelids wanted to be plastered to my lower eyelids. I was sooo tired ! I hate waking up early la. Lol.

A little unexpected it was. Thought it'd be another typical CIP. Like those that we had back in the good old Secondary School days- mine were pretty boring.

Arrived in Yew Tee at 7.45am to meet up with some of my classmates. Headed over to Yew Tee community centre to set up our booth. We were doing this game booth for a carnival for orphaned kids. Was in Kl all of last week so I couldn't make it to attend this baking cookie session. My classmates had intended to sell the cookies and come up with a fund we could use to buy prizes and gifts for the game booth. Felt a little guilty that I didn't go la.

The game they came up with was ' balloon fishing '. Didn't get what it was when I heard the name at first. Later saw that it was to fish for a balloon from this little wading pool with a rod.

    Lol. Cute.

The booth given to us by the community centre. We represent Singapore Poly and I drew the board !

(it looked very pretty live ok! =))
(it says balloon fishing: play for 30 secs at 50 cents)

Our prizes. Not too shabby ba? Hehee.

Here are the balloons and the wading pool ! Hehee. The balloons very nice right? We didn't have any pump at first and one of my classmates had to inflate the entire thing by the power of her lungs. The things we do for school.

Took photos of this pair of parents when I was watching the performance. I think it's very gan dong la ! Their child is performing on the stage and the dad is holding a camcorder while the mama is holding on to a camera.

They both have this extremely wide grin on their face and they look so... lol. I can't even describe it la. It was like they're witnessing their daughter in her graduation ceremony or something.

It really doesn't take much to make a parent proud.

Oh and yes ! Haha. I saw the cutest cutest cutest CUTEST boy at the carnival ! Ya, that's him. I don't know what's with his expression leh... like very awkward like that.

(it's not me because i know he was very pleased to be caught taking a picture with me)

    ...

Hmp. What la. Hahaa. Fine. I was weird that i requested to take a picture with him. But his nanny (i'm qutie sure the lady with him was his nanny) was very enthusiastic and even grabbed out her own camera to take the shot. Haha !

When he came to our booth, missing the balloon made him frown and wiggle his little body like he was going to throw a fit. Lol. I couldn't help but think there'll be one day when simple things like that won't even make him raise an eyebrow. I'm quite sure he'll be a heartbreaker...

    (okay la. i'm exaggerating. hehee)

What to do. I was mesmerized la. I continued staring after him for like 15 mins after he left. He is to cute ! Tian arrrr. So ltk right? I know ! And I can't help it ! Seeing him makes my have the bubbling urge to marry an ang moh. Or a Frenchman. Or a Russian. I want my son to look just like him !

Then you look at the photo and study his very awkward face, going on to think-

'the boy got so cute meh?'.

Yes. He is. Or else I wouldn't be writing so many paragraphs about a complete stranger and risk losing your very invaluable attention. Ha.

    Not convinced?

Lol. My son SHALL look like this.

I think you should be quite convinced by now. And if you're not... well. You ought to be ashamed. Boo. Ha.

This Xiao Shua Ge is so... lol. He beats any Da Shuai Ge I have ever seen in my 16+ years of living.

With two of my classmates. Skye and Yun Ting. Skye proves to me first impressions are usually wrong. Most of his talk all very classic one la. Lol. I could quote him here but I wouldn't cause I want my blog to be PG, not M18.

Here's what's left after we cleared up. Hehee. What we did with it ar? Of course, we're not very original people, so all we did with it was to...

Throw at the only boy present within our group. Kor lian dai hor? And now all the girls in our class has another additional jie mei.

A few of my classmates left halfway because of father's day. Our class seperated into different groups for CIP and like... I think only 4 in the photo is from our group. They really very enthusiastic right. Haha... I guess it's a good thing la. Imagine, from 8am to 5pm !

A few of us went over to Pastamania at Causeway Point for dinner. They said something about my father looking young or something and I was like, "you all read my blog???".

They were like "ya, you put there of course we will go read la...".

And I realized they read it quite often.

Lol. I'm going to faithfully read theirs from now on.

Yay ! I'm near the end again ! America's Next Top Model is on channel 5 and I absolutely must see it. Bleh. I know. I'm bimbo sometimes (sometimes) and I love watching cat fights. HAHA.

    That's about it !

ps: siying meixian ziqi weiting. fantastic four showing already ! haha.

ps again: hey. congratulations on selling ar. lol.

    . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

    one more week.

    One more week.

Hehee. Just returned from Malaysia last night and am updatting about my trip now ! Spend the night uploading photos into my com, (i took a crazy amount of photos!) but am only putting about a fifth of them here. Blogger load photos very slow one...

Someore... these few days my block is have some kind of construction and the drilling is driving me insane lo. Qi si wo le. It's so bad that I have to pluck earphones into my ears.

Okay. I'll start on my trip now ! Don't just scan through leh... must read. We put alot of effort into writing these posts one you know...

Hahaa. Started off with my cousin's wedding. It was held at Batu Bahad (i have no idea how that place is spelt). About over an hour's drive from JB.

The wedding made me realize how little I actually know about my cousins. My cousin, also the groom, is called Ah Nerd. At least that's what we call him la... my relatives and family. I always wondered why my cousin had such a funny name.

Only when I entered the Banquet did I see the name Kenneth fancily printed on the backdrop along with the bride's name and a very big pink heart.

I was like " huh? who is this Kenneth guy?".

Lol. Then I put one and one together... Ah Nerd... Kenneth... orh. Then I saw the resemblance.
Haha. Yuan lai my relatives so creative.

I think that's how alot of chinese families are. With names and all. Cute leh.

Spent the night at one of the hotels in Batu Bahad. The hotel was called The Katherina. Like so high class... but it wasn't really la. Haha... they only provided us with two towels and refused to give us extra. Said only can exhange. Pui. So lousy.

This is the breakfast I had the following morning. At least got breakfast la...

Me being lame during the drive to Kl. Nice photo right? Also, I noticed that my dad was driving at a speed of 140km/hr. I was like wondering if Singapore roads were ever allowed such speed. I think not leh... they maximum should be 80km/hr right? I'm not exactly sure but it should be.

Then... why should there be even 180km/hr on the vehicle's speedometer when the car isn't even allowed to drive at that speed? Ke lian de Singapore drivers...

Finally ! This is the hotel we stayed at in Kl. My brother and I kept singing Boulevard of Broken Dreams during our stay there... haha. I know. We are so siao. The hotel room had pluck in broadband so I went online a couple of times during my stay. Recieved hearty greetings from Zi Qi and Si Ying. Yay !

I just love Love LOVE toilets to have two sinks ! My toilet at my future home shall have two sinks too. That way, my husband and I can spit toothpaste filled water at each other while brushing our teeth. So stylo right?

Let me digress a little. About my future home.

I know that I shall be the one designing my matrimonial home. It's only natural ! Ahahaha...

The two sinks is a must. Like this... then there won't be any arguments about who's the culprit who always leaves toothpaste marks on the sink. And we'll both have seperate toothpaste...

Hehee. Like that, if my husband is especially neat, he won't scold me for not closing the toothpaste cap after brushing my teeth ! (because sometimes i don't especially if it's darlie)

Most importantly, I can study how he brushes his teeth every morning and night. AHAHAA.

Now I know all of you are considering two sinks for your home too... hai. I have such an effect on people. hehe.

Oh oh ! And two bathtubs would be super super stylo too especially if it's placed outside the toilet but then... for bathtubs... one also can la. Lol.

But then... to have to toilet bowls... would be... awkward. So no way.

Yay ! I know... Si Ying, you must think that I'm thinking about getting married again... but I'm not ! I'm thinking of my matrimonial home so... it's not exactly the same. But you have to be married to have one so... hmp. Ya.

    Let's go on...

On my way to breakfast. You can't tell but I'm extremely tired with sleep still in my eyes.

Breakfast was ending in 15 mins and I was too lazy to shower and have breakfast but my dad dragged me out of bed, tied my hair for me, made me put the robe on and hurried my brother and me out of the door.

I told him that he tied my hair very ugly-ly but he said," like that then nice la !", and proceeded to hurry me out of the door again. Gr. Lol.

This is where I had my breakfast the past few mornings. Quite nice la the lounge. It provided high tea too and beverages at any time of the day. The hotel isn't five stars so, it was okay to stay in the executive floor. Not much more expensive. Plus you get all these foc stuff and very nice treatment from the hotel's crew. Yahooo~

My all american breakfast. I think my brother and I had about three servings of this every morning. Lol.

Had dinner at this place during my first night. The place is called The Manhattan Fish Market... I think they have one in Jb's Jusco complex too. Quite nice la. Abit like fish and co.

Yay !!! My favourite favourite drink. Slurp. I feel thirsty just by looking at it.

Dinner on the second night. This restaurant looked very high class but the food turned out to be really cheap la. Good deal.

Dinner on the second night. I was buffet and I had never seen anything like it. There were food of all kinds, from sashimi to western cuisine to tepanyaki. The place was really huge where once you entered... you're free to take whatever you want. And if you had certain preferred dishes like baked crab or something, you just had to drop a little clip with you table number into a bowl that's placed in front of the dish and they'll prepare it for you.

I forgot what this is called. Oyster? It was really huge. Hehee. I put it here cause it looks disgusting. It was.

All the coconut and mochi ice cream you can eat !

Actually, it turned out that the food wasn't very good. Not worth the money at all.... We've been had. Paid alot but could only manage to eat a little. Boo. I advise people not to go there. I think it was at the Starhill or something like that. I ate their xiao long bao and I'm quite sure that those frozen ones sold outside tastes better.

Extortion lo. I think their concept is to take your money first. You pay and when you realize the food's not good, you never return again. But heck, they already made a bomb out of you and so it doesn't really matter if you don't return. Their concept is basically no concept la. Lol.

Bu shuang la ! Especially when you expect a great dinner by looking and it turns out bad when you eat it. Then all you can think about throughout the dinner is how it's a waste of money. Pui !

Hmp, but other than the dinner, the experience was classic la. I'll give that to them. The design of the place was superb. My dad said that the building was something like Singapore's Paragon.

    It was nothing close leh...

I don't think I've ever seen anything prettier than this. This was their basement floor where cafes and restaurants were placed here and there. It felt like I was walking through an alley in Shanghai. Lol. Super posh. And super beautiful.

    Can you guess what's this?

Lol. Ya ! Their toilet ! At the very moment when I opened the door, this minty smell hit my nostrils. It was like breathing in Menthos and minty chocolate ice cream ! Waaaa. Tian ar.

And that wheel and axle thingy, was very wow la. Lol. I went up to the sink and this girl started to pull at something and the wheel started to turn, and water came out. Hahahaa. What more can I say? It was all very lavish living.

Then my dad asked me how was it when I came out of the toilet. My brother was already gushing about the stuff that he found in the male toilet. Haha ! My brother said something about buttons around the toilet bowl and him testing those buttons. About how the buttons made water squirt out of the toilet bowl. Those that the Japs invented ar, you know, to wash your behind- just by a press of the button?

My dad was like," you sit down how you see the buttons? you sure is put your face there than the water spray until your face right?".

Lol ! I was laughing and laughing away trying to picture the scenario.

My dad insisted that I take a photo with Sammi. She has such a beautiful nose...

Arrived back in Jb and accompanied my dad to his workplace. Bought many many dvds. Including Heroes. It's very nice ! But Prison Break is still number one. Hehee.

Finally I'm reaching the end of my post. Started writing at 3 and it's already going to be 7 now.

Hai ! Didn't go to any theme parks or anything, but, no need la. Eating and shopping is more than enough. It's really nice to get away for awhile sometimes.

I miss my father already !

Here's a very Happy Father's Day to him and all fathers around the globe.

Another week of holidays left and it's back to school. =( It's really saddening. Okay la. Let's not keep thinking of it. I shall look at the glass as half full ! There's still another week of holidays ! Yahoo !

    Goodnight !

    I'm not that naïve.

    I'm not that naïve.

It's thursday already. Time does fly. I wanted to write an honest post. But heck- when you think about it, who would write anything truly honest over here? Lol. Few I think. Hm. I think a long naggy heavy post awaits.

We accompanied Zi Qi for her haircut yesterday. It was over at Wei Ting's friend's shop. The place was pretty enough, with it's posh interior and all. I think her haircut took about 2 hours plus. It left Si Ying and me to daze our time away. Haha...

Then Si Ying and I were talking. She asked me if I went to school on the first day alone. She meant Secondary School. Haa. It got me thinking back, we've really come a long way. Then she asked me how I came to hang around with Elaine, and them all. Lol ! I'm really not sure... we talked and it just like that lo.

I think they were the best thing that happened to me throughout these few years.

Sure we all have our differences, we don't see eye to eye on many things, they do get a little eccentric at times, but, that's them. Haha !

But sometimes, even with the closest of friends, there will always be some things you wouldn't say or share. And I hate that.

I remember telling Si Ying with much wonder, soon we'll even be getting married ! And we'll all have children...

Lol. And Si Ying said, " aiya ! you're always thinking about getting married la. Why not you say we'll be getting old very soon. Then going to die... ".

Choi ! Touchwood la. That's still a long time away.

But really what... 16 years passed so quickly. Another 16 years and we'll all be 32. 32 leh ! That's like... ah ma already la. Then none of us will be complaining about pimples anymore. Only wrinkles and those spots old people always nag about. Hai.

As a child- maybe 5 or so, 16 seemed... so senior. I would look at my 16 yeared old cousins in awe. So tall and cheeky.

Lol. Now, I'm 16 and none the wiser. I might even have been more clear headed at 5 lo. Someore... not that much taller either. Hmp. Boo la.

Anyways, my point is... that I have no point. Haha.

I just feel like droning on, so allow me. I nag when there are alot of things on my mind la...

Wei Ting and Si Ying went on to discuss if their choice was right or not. You know. Where we are now... lol. Of course, I can see both of them are already in the place they want to be. I mean, not exactly their dream school la, but as far as their results can bring them (they had good results ok), they're over at where it suits them. I mean... if given another go, they'd still pick the exact same place.

Haha. In circumstances like these, I guess there's no room for regret ba. We picked our own and we got to live with it. And I sound so bummed.

They spoke of the day we wrote our choices in. That things could have happened to place us in an entirely different situation. But things happened like that- and it's all fated.

Fate. I used to think we hold it in our own hands. Now I know, it really is all fated.

In religion, I learn that our life is like a timeline. And that it's already paved out, with him standing at the very end, knowing how it'll turn out for me.

It scares me to think that way when life is going great. I want to believe I pave my own timeline day by day, and that I can change it anytime I want. But when life is... not going so great, I'm comforted. At least, what's happening now, well, maybe it's meant to be and all that I have to do is to let the days pass and watch how it'll turn out. I know, I sound so lazy. Besides, I'm not the one looking from the end of my timeline, so how would I know?

Then shouldn't it be more of a one way street? Where there's only the road ahead, and no turning back?

So lame la. Religion is never straightforward. Lol.

    And then...

We remember things in snapshots. And when that certain snapshot is fished out from our memory, we hit the play button to watch it. That's what we do don't we? And it kills me when some people just don't contain these snapshots in time.

When you know, you ask them if they remember, and all they do is give you this perplexed face and smile- saying they don't remember.

    Pui.

Lol. Now, I decided that I would prefer to gather all these snapshots, and file them all away in a little corner of my mind which I'll conveniently name, Story of my Life.

That way, when I'm old, grey and wrinkled, I can sit comfortably on my rocking chair and watch these little memories play one by one. And my very pretty grandchildren around me will suddeny pause their playing to whisper to one another, " why Ah Ma always look so faraway on the chair. She sit there won't get bored one meh? ".

    Hahahaha ! I know I'm crazy...
(i'll be a very pretty ah ma btw)

Of course, if only things were this simple.

I was so very tempted to write, and I ended up writing about entirely different things. And I happened to be quite honest.

Aiya ! I feel so siao writing about all this. I read it and I don't even know what exactly is it I'm going on about. But it's taken a huge load of my shoulders.

    Well, that's all. =)

ps: ziqi's hair turned out great. this goes to show that we shouldn't always judge so readily.

ps again: i havn't felt so clear in the longest time.

ps again again: best o.l.t.y. Here's my exact words t.y. It makes me wonder. Look it up.

    Boo.

Had my first ever Poly term test today. Err. It was qute difficult for me- the test lasted for an hour and fourty minutes. Hai. I'll just pray that I passed it.

Today, I met Eden, xiao Jia Hao and Zi Jie after school. Ended about the same time then returned to Woodlands together. Asked them if my hair looked nice and they said no, they even added that it was ah lian... booooo. But never mind. I finally concluded that they are boys and boys will be boys. They can't see clearly. Someore those people who told me it looks nice have such good taste... so my hair... must be nice la. HAHA. Plus I think it's nice, and that's more than enough. Aha ! I do console myself so.
    >=(

Anyways, there's so many interesting things I want to write about but I don't really know how to get to doing it... but but ! I really felt like updatting ! I think I'm crazy leh.

    I'm ending this post here.

    More food.

    Saturday, June 02, 2007
    3:25 PM

More sushi again- and pizza too.

Been a few days since I last updated.

It seems that all I've been writing about is food recently. Lol ! But I've really been eating alot. Yay ! Don't get mad over the pictures I've put up leh- cause I get hungry just by looking at them too. The only difference between you and me is... that I've already ate it !

Had pizza with Zi Qi and Wei Ting just yesterday. Wasn't as bloated as usual, Pizza Hut actually tasted nice for a change ! We had the fried calamari only at the end of the meal and it was o-so-satisfying. Haha !

Next on the list... went to AJITEI with my mother and brother on Vesak day. These are only some of the things we had...

My brother really lion open big mouth one lo. Lol. You see that tomatoish thingy with that egg? It's actually crayfish. I asked him how it was and he told me it tasted like lobster...

Hmm. Last but not least, went to Ichiban a couple of days back. We had the set meal, and in my opinion, it was okay only la. Haha ! Plus we recieved complimentary sushis... don't ask us where it came from. I think we sort of schemed to get it. So us right? Lol.

Here's Si Ying and Mei Xian at Ichiban.

And there's Daisy, Wei Ting and me.
Hey... it's not that I don't have anything else that's interesting to write about okay... it's just that I really like showing you all the food I've been eating ! HAHA ! It's evil and it feels nice.

O oh !!! And there's something else too ! Lol. I feel so proud of myself by just saying it out.

    I dyed my hair !!!

Hahahahaa... what la. I remember first telling a few of my friends that I was very tempted to dye my hair about two weeks back. I kind of knew myself that- you know- I just say say only. Then after that sure never do one. Haha... there was even this someone who tried provoking me into dyeing by telling me I'm afraid of change ar, I no guts ar, lol. I think it worked a little. Boo.

And out of the blue, WAHAHA ! I told them I did it ! Heheheee. I don't know what drove me to suddenly hop up that day and say, " I think I'll dye my hair !". I feel so accomplished. Hehee. I know I'm like making a mountain of a molehill but, hehee. Really la. My first time what.

I'm glad I did it. But I don't think I'll put any pictures here. Must see the real thing one what...

(someore everyone knows i'm so shy)

(eh eh. i think i look even more like the starlet that i should be now)

    (haha!)

So happy when I heard Mei Xian they all saying it's nice.

' Zi Qi... Si Ying... felt so good when you all said it's quite nice ! Lol ! Cause you two are like so straightforward ! I even expected you two to give a disgusted face or something. Hahahhaa... '.

And I loved Mei Xian's and Wei Ting's reaction to it.

That's about all. Most of us are having term test next week and I don't even know which module's going to be tested first. Poly really isn't growing on me.

Also, ALL the photos taken here were taken by brilliant ME.

Waa. This post is really shorter than usual. I guess I'm one step closer to being less naggy.

p.s. After the two weeks break, I'm going to pon school less. And try not to oversleep on purpose. And be that good student that I am. Haha.

    p.s. again. =)
