Hi everybirdy !

Will be having a small getaway in another 2 days, keep feeling like I'm swamped with work to complete these couple of days, aaaaarrrrrr, feeling kind of stressed up really.

Do hope I'll be able to enjoy the holiday without thinking of what I've still gotta do here.

Haven't traveled in like a year cause of the boy's NS, hehehe, hopefully we'll get to head to more places when he ORDs. Wipeeeeeee !!

Lol, he called awhile earlier and said we won't be going anywhere if I don't upload his b'day photos soon enough. -_-

It's really not like we took much photos. We didn't even take much photos of ourselves all day !

But here goes anyway. <:

It was sooooo difficult to plan for this year's birthday !

I mean I had already given him his present, already had the cake, and we're gonna fly in another 2/3 day's so, I didn't think we could do much. Didn't want to over exert us, didn't want us to fall sick, yadayada, the list goes on.

Haha, does it sound like I'm making excuses??

But I do hope you had a nice time ! (: I'll do much better next year !! Buy you a car okay?

Okay that was a joke.

I think I was basically treating him to a food tour, going around the city that day. Lol.

Woke up to have brunch at Choupinette as early as we/I could manage (which was at noon).

Read of the great reviews online and thought the eggs benedict and royale were pretty yummy !

Quite impossible for us to have brunch like this usually cause we're soooooo used to sleeping in and dragging out feets anywhere. Haha !

On a sidenote, I think my camera quality improved after my leaving it on the shelf for months leh. Right??? Righttt?????? Ahem.

Dinner was at a little bistro tucked away in the corner of Chinatown.

I had such high expectations of the food but. Alas, some things just aren't meant to be.

I even had to wash down the lobster I ordered with water !! There were tables coming in after us and I was worried we wouldn't have enough time to spend in the pretty restaurant.

Turns out I didn't have to fret, I finished my dish in less than half an hour, faster than him lo !

But I thought he looked so handsome that night no? Hahaha ! Maybe it was the lighting hehe. At least the place is good for something. Or maybe it's cause it was his birthday. Aiya, either ways, super cute. Hehehe.

The funny thing was, neither one of us mentioned anything about the food until we left and he asked me, 'so, how did you think of the food?'. Kuakuakua.

Everything was really pretty though. (:

Had a crazy night after that, but no pictures to show. Haha !

Yay !! And I can't wait for bkk, but I think it's safe to say it's always always super fun there and especially with him ! Don't think we've ever visited a city together, only slacker holidays so far.

Eeeehehehe. Gonna take aloooooooooooottttt of photos to make up for the lack of in Singapore.
