Welcome to my blog !

Hey guys !

Created this space years and years ago thus do forgive
me if it comes off as extremely cheesy. And the incredibly
tacky name. Haha, I get chills everytime I lay eyes on it.
Too lazy to change things though !

I love to write, so have kept myself updating over the years.
I hope you guys enjoy reading me ! ♥

Fish & Co. Seafood in a pan.

Fish & Co. Seafood in a pan.

Greetings, in this warm warm warm evening.

I cannot stress enough on how warm it is, but only to tell you that, the evening is sinfully, crazily, warm. Lol.

I know I know, you might have guessed right. The thing is, I really don't have an inkling on how to start or what to update today.

Or perhaps I did know what to update, only that the warmth of the evening baked my brains into thinking that- my brilliance is at a lack today, and thus, I do not have a clear idea of what to update.

In any case, the warm weather has given me enough interesting material to harp about, baked brains or no baked brains.

Ah... the mysteries of warm weather.
It does do funny things to people doesn't it?

I bet it has a life by itself. If not, why would it leave us to enjoy those few days of great freezing weather but only to return with a vengeance? Hmp. Stupid weather.

    Hehe.

So anyways, we went to have dinner at fish & co. At AMK Hub.

I'm not even going to start on the food, cause I might go on all night. Negatively.

So I'll just forget that the food was all too salty, and pretend that it was great. Hahaha. That way I can take pleasure in torturing you all ma...

Fish & Co. Seafood in a pan.

Si Ying and me. It's National Day by the way. And ya ya ya. I wore my blouse twice. What? Cannot ar? I like the smell my clothes give off when they're worn twice. La dee da.

Here comes Wei Ting ! And her very pretty pink pony. Hehee. Zi Qi's taking the photos.

The Calamari. They were big, they were soft, and they were very very juicy. Eh, did that sound wrong? Kuakuakua.

The fish, the fish, the fish, the fish. Hm. Nice rhythm leh. Can become a song already. Don't you think? They can get their staff to ad on mediacorp. Hehe. And it can go like... come on ya'll ! Let's sing to the beat. The fish, the fish, the fish fish fish. Then they can break dance someore. Hahahaa...

Your goosepimples' popping out ar? Aiya. Not my fault la. It's the darned weather...

Oh, and you see the flag stuck in the lemon? I know that day's like National Day and all. I didn't mean to flash the American flag so big !

I'm a patriotic, upstanding, upright citizen.

Really. I'm about this (stresses with index finger almost touching thumb), THISSSS, close to singing the national anthem here. But I won't.

Who asked them to hike the GST by 2%.

    Hmp ! It's intolerable.

I shall migrate somewhere else once I'm accomplished to.

Then I shall nani-nani-poo-poo to the Government and they will cry and cry and cry because they would have lost yet another patriotic, upstanding, upright (not to mention brilliant) citizen to the GST hike.

    Ole ole ole !

And if some government official happens to chance upon my pretty blog (which is as good as me striking in toto, which is about as good as 0 chance, because i do not buy toto), and lectures me for my writing, well.

I shall sulk and tell them that it was the weather that made me write that. The Singapore heat made me all gong-gong (blur blur, not stupid stupid).

Then, the government official will take heed in what I said and go on to bring down the GST (in fear of losing me to another country). He'll even look into the weather problem and start doing something about it.

And it will be I who solved all these problems ! Mua hahahahaha.

Seriously, no, seriously seriously, my brilliance scares even myself sometimes.

And I guess it's lucky for me too that there's no more Woodbridge hospital anymore. Hehehe.

Hmm... what else what else. Oh ya !

Eh, if you're one of those people who always visits and doesn't tag, well, please do. I know, I mean you. Ya, you ! Don't think I don't know hor, always come but never tag. I got the tracking thing that knows where you're reading from one okay...

    So you better tag hor.

Hehe. Just kidding la. But I do want you to tag.

Just to make sure you won't be that government official I've predicted to come. Heheee.

Constance vigilance (it's from harry potter) remember?

    Enjoy your weekend !

    Siao liao la.

    Siao liao la.

So, once again, I painted myself into a corner.

Lol. Pretty much blew my weekend away after I recieved my copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows from my Dad.

There wasn't any rising or bubbling anticipation when I started on the book. Funny how the same things that meant so much before can mean lesser when you're older.

Haha. I felt no dread when I arrived near the ending of the book. No longing for it to thicken itself leh. I think I even felt like a teeny-weeny bit glad when it finally ended.

Everything must have closure ma. Haha.

But it was good la. Smooth but engaging, and in certain chapters I was really quite impressed. I mean, hehe. I was happy to see that J.K Rowling didn't just hiccough the ending from out of nowhere la. She got planning one ok... don't siao siao.

So... I was supposed to have my term test on a certain module this morning. I burnt away my Friday and Saturday procrastinating. I actually thought the test today would start in the afternoon. Supposedly, Sunday was Study Day but surprise, surprise, I read Harry Potter well into midnight. Finally, a sms from my classmate told me that the test was starting at 9am.

    Woohoo.

Set alarm for 6am to study but woke up at 7 plus am. Hai. I know what you're thinking. I'm just like you right? Yay ! Let's do the high five !

(but if you're not like me, well, then, i want to hear none of it =))

So, I woke up feeling like crap, and looking like crap.

Hai. Feeling so worn out now, I'm squeezing what little brilliance I have left in me for today to complete this post. Hehe.

You should go on reading and even save this post as a momento just so it reminds you of the ill-comings of procrastination and irresponsibilty.

Arrived at the test venue. Settled down, took a glance at the papers and knew I was heading for doomnation.

After an hour plus into ONE question, I pretty much knew the grade I was going to get. 2 hours for the paper and I took an hour plus to complete ONE question. HAHA. Ya. Throughout the paper, I kept looking at the time and thought, SIAO LIAO LA.

The funny thing was (actually i didn't really find it amusing this morning), the examiner in the room was pointing out mistakes to the question.

It was some DandT sort of paper, the ones with the front, end, plan elevationa and everything.

Seriously, I was working on the question, busy sketching it out, trying to figure out how it was supposed to look like, and off she goes telling us, "o, there's no line there in the plan elevation acutally". And half an hour later, she adds, "o. And there's something else wrong too. You'll have to add a line into the question paper in the end elevation". Pui la.

SERIOUSLY, I hit my fist on the table (i like to assume i got this habit from secondary school). I was like thinking, you want to set the entire paper again and then tell us what's wrong or not???

Hahaha. And and ! I think the whole class was having about the same problem. We all pretty skipped to do the same drawing. Then when I tried to do the next question, which was worth 25 marks, the lecturer came and told me to skip it and go on to other questions la ! Lol... I think there was obviously no time to finish the question.

Lo and behold, I finally handed up my booklet with like 22/100 marks completed.

    Kuakuakua.

Okay. I'll stop on my diary of 7.8.2007. It really is quite inconsiderate to continuously harp about yourself to others isn't it? See. J.K Rowling's got me talking like one of her characters already. Haha.

Seeing that I've not written for like over a week, I'm trying to make this post lengthy. Aha ! Not because I have to, but because I want to.

Here I go, I want to drone and I'm droning again. Pardon me, but there seems to be alot on my mind. I actually wanted to blurt entirely different things here on this warm warm Singapore night but... hahaha.

    Oh ya...

The weather's gotten to be really hot again recently. Don't step into the sun if you can help it. There was one word that I had to describe the weather this afternoon... but I can't seem to remember it now... hm...

Oh oh ! Another thing. The ads on my blog? Do take a look okay? Hehe. I was glad to see them sitting there. Try putting them on yours too la. They pay you you know? The ads. Not much la...

It's like maybe $3 for an ad that's been placed there for a few days. Depending on the scale of the ad I suppose, and when there's a sum of $50 in your ad account, they send you a cheque !

Of course, the the advertisers make it a point to choose if they want to place the ad in your blog. Depending on the stuff you write about, number of visitors, how frequently you update, etc. etc. So you might have days where there isn't even one ad.

But still, I say it's pretty good money for doing almost nothing at all. Hehe.

I think that's really about all. Shan't hold you guys up any longer...

    Have a great day.

ps: i've decided to only put songs on my blog that relates. thus, any critism of it from now on shall be taken very personally. hahaha. no la. just kidding. or maybe not.

ps again: i think the word i had on my mind to describe the weather was blazing... hmm...
