Have always loooved Malaysia's herbal styled pork rib soup, but Ruizhang always puts it down saying Singapore's better.
After having the peppery Bak Kut Teh at Ng Ah Sio, I totally haaaaave to agree, I'm a convert ! I'm a little more open minded though, still love the Bak Kut Tehs in Malaysia, but none, NONE I have ever tried can compare to this.
The broth packs such a right amount of punch that every other soup tastes bland compared to this.
Craving it all the time ! I get super happy everytime I hear we're heading there ! Slurp.
