(hehe. one consolation of mine is that i'm sure the lecturer thinks her test is easy. and when she realizes how many people failed in her class, she's gonna get into big trouble. HAHAHA)

I've been yearning for a nice pair of wedges since forever ! As much as we lie about how beauty is worth the pain, it really isn't.

Bought two pairs of lovely lovely wedges today !! Hehehe.

So glad that I didn't buy any of the ones I didn't really like before.

It seems that waiting it out and being patient does have its returns. :DD

Finaaaaaaaally after months another package finally arrives for me. Havn't been shopping online for so long.

Skipped very merrily downstairs a couple of hours ago wondering if my clothes have arrived and lo and behold !

(: Have to get them altered though.

And bought this lovely ring theother day.

I so lovelove owl rings recently.

Think I'll at least get 2 more of them by the end of this month. They're sooo cute especially in rusty gold !

And I just realized... actually the ring isn't thaaaaat pretty in real life la.

On a sidenote. Do picture qualities of a camera deteriorate over time?

It seems that the pictures from my camera aren't so good anymore.

I have to capture almost everything in macro to have it seem clearer and brighter.

Hmm. I suppose it's because I love looking at other people's shopping items so much. Kepo trait. Can't be helped.

Been relying on these clips nowadays leh.

They're great. Cute. And I can't even seem to be able to stand having hair fall over my face anymore. It feels so... sticky, oily, prickly, and most of all sickening. Blerrrrgh.

Just. Gotta. Clip them up.

Finally got to try out Dim Sum at ION theother day.

It was a pretty good experience ! One of the better dimsum places I've been to in Singapore so far.

Har Gau and Chee Cheong fun.

I thought the Har Gau was probably the best dish we had there.

Ruizhang thought it was the Carrot cake.

Very tasty. But much to spicy for me.

Egg tarts.

The Xiao Long bao wasn't very good.

So little soup ! Plus the soup didn't even burn my tongue !

Hehe. Custard bun. Was sooo eager to try theirs.

Not the best I've had but if you guys have for some reason never tried this before, look below !

I feel it's one of the must orders for dimsum now !

I think it's a mixture of custard and egg yolk and stuff.

Okay la.

Bu cuo lo.

Hungry already leh?

Ruizhang says he thinks only old people eats dimsum spare ribs. -_-

And a few days before that, I too, got to try Raindrops cafe at Scape.

Super tiny and inconspicuous little restaurant at Scape.

Need to make reservation and wait someore what the !

Hair so long already.

Fish and Chips.

This is probably in our opinion one of the only things that's better to have there.

Beef chunk sandwich or something.

Quite nice la.

But no fries with it. Fail.

I like my fries.

I thought the napkin there was really cute though !!

I'mma itching like crazy.

Hello you guys.

Things havn't been going really well for me these weeks.

After the insane itching in my eyeballs let up, other parts of my body started itching.

And it's still itching.

And. To add on to the skin that has been itching like hell, I'm down with a sorethroat, runnynose, and a nagging headache.

I think it's all the nose blowing that's brought about the pain in my forehead.

Hai.

The lack of good food and unsightly scratching that's come about with this time I can take.

But !

I'm not ready for the bumps and the scars at the back of my legs ! And below my butt.

And some of the angry red rashes have even spread to my butt.

It's giving me depression. I don't have much but that part of my anatomy just happens to be my most prized possession... well. Along with some other things I'm sure but !!

God help me.

If you're the sort who prays, I dunno. Who knows.

Maybe he favours you? (: Keep me and my skin in your prayers tonight will you?

Digressing. On a very long note.

I just finished watching season 7 of project runway not too long ago and it was really, really, really good.

I finished everything in two days, when I was having my exams and tests no less.

Okayokay, not with the disapproval.

Lighten up ! Exams or no exams, we all gotta have fun right.

Hahaha. Plus I'm so smart ! Examschmexams.

AHA.

Okay la. That's not exactly true either. I had alot of help on accounts. And macroecons...

well.

I'll just have to see where it takes me. Lol.

Okay ! So. Back to Project runway.

GOSSSSSHHHH. This season's designers were all really good. Like superrrr talented la !

Everyone of them could held their own so well, it was really sad to see any one of them go.

But then again, I guess the show has to go on.

Though, I thought the season could do with more feminine pieces.

The entire season was filled with really androgynous stuff man. Not that they don't look good la. I should think that every girl loves a perfectly fitted jacket and I love buckles and studs and all that. I do.

But my true love lies in fitted dresses... fully lined. Perhaps complete with a bustier-like sweetheart neckline, and a really short hemline. HAHAHA ! Ah. Thing of beauty.

My lack of shopping recently has really been sucking the joy out of me leh.

I literally, quite literally could feel the drool in my mouth when I watched them form the clothes.

AAAAAAHHHHH.

The show always makes me wish I could sew.

One of the pieces constructed by the season's winner. Seth Aaron. It's cute right? And so fitting !

He's a really good and quick tailor. It's odd but it seems to me that most of the winners are.

Remember Christian Siriano? Haha. Probably the most popular winner of all times. He made his season so entertaining.

Okay. If you don't know what I'm talking about.

This Christian Siriano guy was like the youngest contestant in his batch.

And you know how when the contestants get to the top 3, they have to come up with a complete line to show at New York's fashion week?

Most of the contestant's go back home, rent a studio, or use their existing ones, or maybe, use a room in the comfort of their home, and start on their work.

But this guy. I guess cause he was living away from home, he rented this room the size of a broom closet (no kidding), and finished his work there.

He slept in the small space, designed in the small space, and sewed in the small space.

Hai. Such dedication.

Okay. Since I'm on the topic, I really wanna show you guys some of my runway favourites from the the different seasons !!

Here's one.

I think they were supposed to make new bridal dresses out of these middle aged ladys' old yellowing bridal dresses.

The judges weren't too happy with this cause they said the designer might have ripped the idea off from Alexander McQueen or something.

Aiya. Whatever la. Beautiful is beautiful.

One day leh !! How do they even manage to construct these things in one short day together with all the distractions, stress and everything??

It like magic la. Sheer magic.

And then there's the draping master Rami Kashou.

Haha. I remember him cause he's good. And this guy. Quite hot one leh.

Not exactly my style la (say until like i can afford to get him to design something for me like that hahaha!), but everything he touches seems to come out so flowy and perfectly.

In some challenges he didn't even need to sew much. Just tuck the cloth here and there and voila !

And and and !

My all time favourite designer from Project Runway !

I think she's from season 5. When she showed at Fashion week, wlllll.

I was soooo. I don't even know the word.

I wanted to lie down and scream and be sad cause I couldn't have any of the pieces that was walking down that runway.

She's this really unassuming bespectacled petite girl, and. I would never have been able to tell that she would be a great fashion designer.

There. I guess we should never judge and jump to conclusions about people.

The girl on top is obviously not her la. It's just one of the models in her creation.

Season 5 probably aired like a couple of years back and. It's surprising that her looks can still look so...

now.

I lovelovelovelove her colour palette of choice for the clothes !!!

Everytime I see something that comes slightly close to these things in stores, I buy.

But unfortunately... none of them ever comes close enough.

I still remember this skirt.

I wanted it soooooo bad.

Unfortunately I googled and her stuff costs like $600 per piece. Hai. These designers. I tell you.

Oh. And whenever I open google, I keep thinking there's a bug running in circles in the place of one of their Os.

Even attempted to swipe it off my screen the first time round. -__-

Had alot of time on my hands.

Googled the designer whose works always have me salivating.

It's Herve Ledger !

I noticed one day that he has a store in ION. I wonder if I'll ever be able to bring myself to spend one entire paycheque in there one day... Hm...

You guys might be familiar with his works. He's really popular.

This design is actually from some time ago. But I loved it the moment I laid my eyes on it.

Aren't bodycon dresses one of the best things that happened in our time??

There are so many inspired pieces by blogshops nowadays... ...

And inspired stuff are so... I don't know.

The next one is crazy sexy.

And then. His swimsuits are perfect too.

Crazy right?

They all look so good.

When are we going to be able to dress like that if not now !

We're not going to look like this forever you know.

In a couple of years... when gravity has had it's way... and when the mayonnaise and fries and three layered pork has gotten the best of us- okay me, I don't even want to think about it.

And what's with people always complaining that models are anorexic or whatever. They're not all like that.

I don't think there's anything wrong with being a size 2 and showing off a little teeny bit of rib.

They all look pretty hot to me.

Dropped by Scape theother day before our movie and had a little bit of something at White Dog cafe !

Very excitedly made a mental note to tell Kailing. Think she really likes that place.

Their food's pretty decent and I heard their happy hour's really good too.

I really like their space too.

It's comfortable and quite refreshing.

I made an effort to bring my camera along that day, so insisted that we take photos.

Ahem. We were the only customers there that afternoon.

Always mimicking me incorrectly.

And why so tall?

Haha.

I almost don't get it sometimes.
