Welcome to my blog !

Hey guys !

Created this space years and years ago thus do forgive
me if it comes off as extremely cheesy. And the incredibly
tacky name. Haha, I get chills everytime I lay eyes on it.
Too lazy to change things though !

I love to write, so have kept myself updating over the years.
I hope you guys enjoy reading me ! ♥

    In the month of February.

    Sunday, March 07, 2010
    3:12 AM

I know, I know. We've already entered March 2010 and I'm like overdue.

But hey ! Still gotta blog about the great CNY right.

It's another milestone and sometimes, I feel like a year's only properly ended after this holiday.

    (:

A little update on recent events.

I've toiled and suffered through the worst of February which is, of course, our final poly exam.

    (hopefully.)

Okay. Maybe i exaggerate. Toil's a little harsh.

    But I did study okay.

And just the mere thought of studying or telling oneself to study is exhausting and laborious  enough, much less having to do the actual deed.

    Thus.

I have come a long way. HAHAHAHAHA. I'll miss Dover though.

Eh. I just scraped my hands underneath the table from my lack of sight.

Yeah. I usually don't wear contacts after I shower cause I find it too tiresome to take them out before I sleep.

I actually opt to go around half-blind for a couple of hours almost every night thanks to my laziness, preference for convenience, and whatever along those lines. (:

Why I'm even writing all this useless details down is because, it links to what I really inform the world-

and that is that I've finally changed my contact lenses after more than 7 months of wearing them !

    AHA !

Eh. Milestone also can. Must record.

Yes, yes. They ARE monthly disposable lenses WHICH you're required to dispose of after every other month of use.

And yes. I wore them for more than half a year.

Hehehee. So to all those people who've I've come across during that period, hahaha !

Good luck to you for I've been shooting bacteria at you out of my eyes the entire time. Haha. Haha. Haha.

    I know.

    I'm so funny.

And, and, and. Thanks to Wei Ting and her don't-know-how-old-contacts, I feel much better for being not alone. Hehee. Sister can. We share a special bond for being daredevils with our contact lenses. (:

Anyways, that's pretty old news already la. I tossed the old soft comfy lenses out like two months ago.

What can I say. I do like to repeat good stories.

Hehe. Let's move on the the festives shall we?

    First thing's first. Reunion dinner.

    Yu Sheng.

Must get you guys back in the CNY mood before anything else what.

How many times did you all lau Yu Sheng this year?

I only did it once. ):

And something that's not my particular favourite.

But the broth/sauce does look pretty interesting doesn't it.

    This one's such a nice photo. (:

    Okay.

And so, fast forward to a couple days later, we're at KL already.

It's funny, it's not a very faraway land, and the weather's pretty much the same as here, but it seems that I never ever really get bored of the place no matter how many times I visit it.

Must be the language or something. (:

    Check-in.

I do like to post photos of hotels.

    For my brother and me.

And this photo, I took standing inside our room's toilet.

    So irritating can.

    No blinds, curtains, or whatever.

I had such a difficult time when I wanted to shower, poop, pee, the works la.

Was so worried that my brother would like accidentally or unconsciously turn his head, and AAAAHHHH.

I laid a towel on my lap all the time I was on the toilet bowl. For precaution what !

Hahahaha. I can already guess what he'll remark to this.

"SIAO. Think i will turn over meh. Don't want to see, nothing to see also".

Hehehehehee. But I think he might have been as worried about the glass too.

Scared later I peep at him. Hoho !

These trees reminds me of the movie with Zhang Zi Yi and Takeshi.

House of Flying Daggers I think.

Oho ! And now on to someore food.

This is like, my favourite dish I had there.

Is there anyone who doesn't know I like pork? Hahaha. Porkporkpork.

It's erm, like three layered pork with erm, salted fish. The lady who took our order was all, salted fish??? New Year leh. And my dad was all, she like leh. In my favourite cantonese no less.

    Yes, me me me !

I only learned now that it seems like it's not advised to eat food like these during CNY. Salted fish, bla bla. Cheap food. Doesn't signify prosperity.

    Oh well.

I still believe in a very PROSPEROUS year. Yay. Huat ar.

Can smell the wafts of insaaaaaaaane porkish aroma? Hahahahhaa.

That's not a very good description. But.

Sigh. It's a piece of heaven.

And no. I'm not trying to exaggerate again.

Dessert after watching AVATAR 2 for the second time.

Regardless of all you people who's probably gonna call me an unappreciative bugger, I'm not exactly the biggest fan of the movie.

My brother was all on for the second time, but. Like a certain someone would put it, I'm a very whiny and reluctant person. Hahahaha.

It was good and all but. I don't know.

Dad told me not to watch it if I'd get bored and so I went in like almost an hour later. Shopped around. And didn't even put on the 3D glasses.

Hahahaha. Just stubbornly watched with the many layers on the big screen.

Surprisingly enough (for me), they LOVED it. Which's good. ((:

    Chendol. Obviously dull.

    Sour mango. /:

    Forever 21 at KL.

    And at dinner,

    Japanese.

And it's one more photo until we're home.

The fireworks go on and on and on over there.

Half the time, I watched staring up with my mouth wide open, waiting for firework residue to fall into it or something. Hehe.

    Some really quite beautiful leh.

But alas, cameras often fail to capture such spontaneous moments of beauty. Ha. Good words right. Hahahaha.

And. I absolutely adoreadoreadore this white little thing.

Not exactly my type of ride and, okayokay. Malaysia car, but. This one's seriously sooo cute la.

One of the friends drives this convertible new beetle with red interiors someore. It's so round, I can almost spank it.

And finally. My nails for the year.

I cut them before new year, so they're like short. But, .

And see ! All gooooood cards okay ! A specific request of mine. Heheeee.

Hoho. This CNY's seriously  one of my favourite ones.

Cause you know, the festival's all about family, food, angbaos, food, and of course. The G word.

And I seriously lucked out in that this year. Hehehe. Joy to me, joy to me !

Must be the nails. I'm not superstitious or anything, but I think I'd better start making this design a tradition. Hahahahahaa.

    I'm getting so unreligious. Hai.

So I guess that's all for now !

It feels like it's gonna be a good year ahead at this moment.

    Hope it's for everyone. (:

IT show again next week. Hai. Poor, poor legs.

It's gonna be a hectic month.

It's gonna be a good good year.
